甲磺酸罗哌卡因复合吗啡用于硬膜外术后镇痛的观察

目的 比较甲磺酸罗哌卡因与盐酸罗哌卡因复合吗啡用于硬膜外术后镇痛的临床效果和安全性.方法 80例择期在硬膜外麻醉下手术的患者,随机分为两组：观察组（n=40）采用0.238%罗哌卡因100 ml＋吗啡6 mg;对照组（n=40）采用0.2%盐酸罗哌卡因100 ml＋吗啡6 mg,观察术后2、4、8、24、48 h各组患者的视觉模拟评分（VAS）、镇静评分、下肢运动神经阻滞情况及副作用的发生率.结果 在各时点,两组患者的VAS、镇静评分、下肢运动神经阻滞情况及副作用的发生率差异均无显著意义.结论 硬膜外甲磺酸罗哌卡因与盐酸罗哌卡因复合吗啡术后硬膜外镇痛具有相似的临床效果和安全性.

Combine ropivacaine mesylate and ropivacaine hydrochloride with morphine in the operation of epidural surgery

Objective To compare the clinical effects and safety of postoperative epidural analgesia with Ropivacaine Mesylate and mpivacaine hydrochlor：de combined with morphine in the operation of epidural surgery. Methods 80 patients scheduled for surgery under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups：study group （n = 40 ） with 100 ml of 0. 238% ropivacaine ＋ 6 mg of morphine;contral group（ n = 40） with 100 ml of 0. 2% ropivacaine ＋ 6 mg of morphine. The visual analog scale （VAS） ,sedation scores ,lower limb motor block and incidence of side effects of patients in each group were observed after 2,4,8,24 and 48 hours of surgery. Results No significant difference found in VAS, sedation scores,lower limb motor block and incidence of side effects in both groups , f patients at each time point. Conclusion Postoperative analgesia with Ropivaeaine Mesylate in the operation of epidural surgery is similar with ropivacaine bydrochloride combined with morphine in clinical effects and safety.
