阿昔洛韦联合中药保留灌肠治疗手足口病的临床研究

目的观察阿昔洛韦联合中药保留灌肠治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法对126例手足口病的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组64例用阿昔洛韦配合中药保留灌肠；对照组62例阿昔洛韦与维生素C静脉滴注。结果治疗组有效率98．43％，对照组总有效率98．38％，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论阿昔洛韦联合中药保留灌肠治疗小儿手足口病疗效显著，与静脉滴注有相同的治疗效果，且小儿病痛小，操作简便、易行、易于被患儿与家长接受。

Clinical study of acyclovir combined herbal retention enema therapy of hand foot and mouth disease

Objective Acyclovir combined herbal enema treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods 126 cases of hand foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. 64 cases treated with acyclovir combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema; contrel group, 62 cases treated with acyclovir and vitamin c intravenous drip. Results Effective rate of the treatment group was 98.43%, the efficiency of the control group was 98.38%, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Acyclovir combined herbal retention enema treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease has a significant effect, and has the same therapeutic effects compared with intravenous drip, and pain in children is small, simple operation, easy to do, easy - to - be children and par- ents to accept.
