抑郁症患者血清MAO、MDA、hs—CRP水平检测及其临床意义

目的 检测抑郁症患者血清MAO、MDA、hs-CRP含量,探讨MAO、MDA、hs-CRP水平与抑郁症发病的相关性.方法 采用化学比色法、硫代巴比妥酸法和散射免疫比浊法分别测定42例抑郁症患者血清MAO、MDA、hs-CRP含量,并与30名正常健康人做比较.结果 抑郁症患者血清MAO、MDA、hs-CRP水平分别为（32.24±2.32） U/ml,（3.63±0.75） nmol/ml,（5.05±0.92） mg/L]明显高于对照组分别为（21.26±1.96） U/ml,（3.16±0.82） nmol/ml,（1.88 ±0.81） mg/L],差异均有统计学意义.结论 抑郁症患者血清MAO、MDA、hs-CRP水平均显著升高,与抑郁症发病机制关系密切.

The level and clinical significance of serum MAO, MDA and hs - CRP in patients with depression

Objective By means of measuring the level of serum monoamine oxidase, malondialdehyde and high - sensitivity C - reactive protein （Hs - CRP） in patients with depression, to explore the correlation with the onset of depression. Methods Serum levels of MAO, MDA and hs - CRP of the 42 patients with depression were measured with the chemical color- imetry,thiobarbituric acid method and scattering immunity turbidimetric method separately, Compared with 30 normal healthy personses. Results It was significant higher in the level of serum MAO （32. 24 ± 2. 32 ） U/ml ] , MDA （3.63 ± 0. 75 ） nmoL/ ml ], hs - CRP （5.05 ± 0. 92 ） mg/L ] in patients with depression than the normal control group MAO （21.26 ± 1.96 ） U/ ml, MDA （3. 16 ± 0. 82 ） nmol/ml, hs - CRP（ 1.88 ± 0. 81 ） mg/L ]. There was significant difference. Conclusion The level of serum MAO, MDA, hs - CRP in patients with depression are significantly higher. It is related with pathophysiology of depression.
