心电图和X线对肺源性心脏病诊断价值的比较分析

目的探讨心电图和X线对慢性肺源性心脏病的诊断价值。方法以临床病史及彩色多普勒超声心动图为诊断标准，通过对100例慢性肺源性心脏病患者ECG和X线的对比研究，比较心电图、X线及两者结合对慢性肺源性心脏病的检出率。结果X线对慢性肺源性心脏病诊断的检出率高于心电图（P〈0．05），亚组分析考虑与慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病等心肺疾病掩盖了ECG的结果相关。心电图和X线两者结合能提高肺源性心脏病的检出率（64％）。结论临床诊断慢性肺源性心脏病需结合临床病史、心电图和X线，并参考彩色多普勒超声心动图、心电向量图、肺阻抗血流图、动脉血气分析、肺功能等其它检查结果综合分析。

The comparison of electrocardiogram and X - ray on the diagnosis of cor pulmonale

Objective To investigate the evaluation of electrocardiogram （ECG） and X - ray on the diagnosis of cor pulmonale. Methods 100 patients were diagnosis as cor pulmonale according to their medical history and ultrasoundcardio- gram （UCG）. To analysis the detection rate of cot pulmonale by ECG, X - ray or ECG ＋ X - ray. Results The detection rate of X - ray was higher than that of ECG （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The subgroup analysis showed that it was because many patients had other kinds of cardiac diseases which covering up the results of ECG. Conclusion The diagnosis of cor pulmonale should be based on the comprehensive analysis of medical history, ECG, X- ray, UCG, vectorcardiogram, impedance pneumoplethys- mogram, arterial blood gas analysis, pulmonary function and so on.
