替勃龙治疗自然绝经后妇女泌尿系统感染的疗效分析

目的 研究替勃龙治疗自然绝经后妇女泌尿系统感染的临床疗效及不良反应.方法 将100例有反复泌尿系感染病史的绝经后妇女随机分为两组,雌激素组采用口服抗生素联合雌激素软膏进行治疗;替勃龙组采用口服抗生素联合替勃龙治疗,疗程3个月.用药前、后分别行尿常规检查,选取清洁中段尿细菌培养,并对阴道健康情况进行评估.同时测定子宫内膜厚度及血清雌二醇水平.结果 替勃龙组泌尿系感染的复发率明显低于雌激素组,阴道健康评分明显高于雌激素组,两组差异有统计学意义.结论 口服抗生素联合替勃龙治疗,能有效减少绝经后妇女泌尿系感染的反复发作,治疗效果明显提高.

Clinical analysis of the treatment for urinary tract infection with Tibolone in postmenopausal women

Objective To study the efficacy of the treatment for urinary tract infection（UTI） with Tibolone in postmenopausal women. Methods 100 postmenopausal women with a history of urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in estrogen group were treated by oral administration of antibiotics combined with intravaginal premarin cream for 3 months, 50 patients in tibolone group were treated by oral administration of antibiotics combined with tibolone for 3 months. Urine routine test, midstream urine cultures, vaginal health score （ VHS）, endometrial thickness and blood estrogen level were recorded before and after the treatment. Results Recurrence rate in tibolone group was significantly lower than that in estrogen group, VHS in tibolone group was significantly higher than that in estrogen group. Conclusion Oral administration of antibiotics combined with Tibolone can effectively reduce the recurrence of UTI in oostmenooausal women.
