| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体内微爆破碎石仪治疗老年人胆道结石的疗效和安全性。方法2005年1月至2011年1月采用腹腔镜、胆道镜、体内微爆破碎石仪治疗79例老年人胆道结石，回顾分析这些患者的临床资料，观察碎石成功率、结石取净率、并发症发生率和住院时间。结果碎石成功率为100％，结石取净率为97．5％，无胆道狭窄、穿孔、出血、胆瘘及T型管瘘道穿孔、腹腔感染等严重并发症发生，并缩短了住院时间。结论腹腔镜、胆道镜、体内微爆破碎石仪可显著提高老年人胆道结石的治疗效果，安全可靠，为临床治疗老年人胆道结石提供了更好的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the applicability, curative effect and safety of micro-blasting lithotripsy for biliary calculi of elderly patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 79 elderly patients who were cured by micro-blasting lithotripsy from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2011. And the data gathered included: curative effect, clearance rate, accidence rate of complications and length of stay.
