| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨合并肝硬化肝外伤治疗方法 .方法 回顾性分析1995 年1 月至2010 年1月我院合并肝硬化肝外伤24 例,非手术治疗6 例,手术治疗18 例.结果 治愈22 例,死亡2 例.非手术治疗6 例,均治愈,其中1 例发生胆瘘,经B 超引导下穿刺置管引流治愈.手术治疗18 例,2 例分别因术中失血性休克和术后肝功能衰竭死亡,16 例治愈,其中术后胆道出血1 例,保守止血痊愈;胆瘘1 例,充分引流治愈.结论 合并肝硬化肝外伤需及时采取有效治疗方法 ,术中仔细操作,注意处理合并伤,积极维护肝功能,提高治愈率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of hepatic trauma with liver cirrhosis.Methods Twenty-four cases of patients with liver cirrhosis which undergoing hepatic trauma from January 1995 to January 2010 were studied retrospectively.There were 18 cases with operative treatment,while 6 cases with conservative treatment.Results Twenty-two cases were cured,while 2 cases died.Six cases with conservative treatment were cured,including one case occurred biliary fistula and was cured by catheter drainage through ul... |
