| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌组织中Her-2 的基因扩增比例与胃癌临床病理及预后的相关关系.方法 采用荧光原位杂交技术（FISH）法检测62 例胃癌组织中Her-2 基因扩增状态,结合临床病理及总生存率,分析Her-2 基因与临床病理参数、预后的相关性.结果 62 例胃癌组织中Her-2 阳性10 例（16.1%）,阴性52 例（83.9%）.Her-2 在胃癌组织中基因扩增与患者病理T 分期、N 分期、分化程度、远处转移有关（P 〈 0.05）; 而与性别、临床发病年龄、部位、CEA 增高（〉 5 μg/L）、脉管受侵无关;Kaplan-Meier 分析显示Her-2 基因扩增阳性组患者生存时间较阴性组短,差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）.结论 胃癌原癌基因Her-2 与患者的临床及病理特征、5 年生存率有关.
