Abstract: | Abstract Background: Aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) is the most common congenital arch anomaly, which can be complicated by aneursymal dilation at its ostium. We describe a successful repair of an ARSA with a three‐stage operative procedure using a left carotid to subclavian bypass, coiling of the ARSA, and thoracic endovascular aortic repair with long‐term clinical and radiographic follow‐up .
