| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院儿科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况。方法：随机抽查我院儿科出院病历136份，填写自行设计的“抗菌药物使用情况调查表”，分析评价儿科患者使用抗菌药物的合理性。结果：抗菌药物使用率97．8％，抗菌药物联合用药率66．1％；使用频率最高是头孢菌素类和青霉素类，其次是β-内酰胺类及其酶抑制剂复合制剂和大环内酯类。结论：我院儿科住院患者抗菌药物的使用相当一部分是经验用药，存在盲目联合用药的现象。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To probe into the utilization status of antibiotics in pediatric inpatients in our hospital. METHODS ： The medical histories of 136 patients who had been discharged from the department of pediatrics were randomly sampled for an analysis of the rational use of antibiotics based on the self- designed Questionnaire. RESULTS： 97.8 % of the cases received antibiotics, and the rate of antibiotics used in combination was 66.1%. Leading the list in terms of DDDs were Cephalosporins and penicilin, followed by β - lactam antibiotics and its enzyme inhibitor compound preparations and macrolides. CONCLUSION： The empirical use of antibacterials and irrational drug combination were common in the treatment of pediatric inpatients in our hospital. |
