医疗服务应重视医患沟通

摘    要:日常医疗服务过程中,医患关系紧张、医疗纠纷发生其中一个重要原因是医患之间缺乏沟通,没有建立融洽、互相信任的关系。加强医患沟通不仅可以减少医疗纠纷,缓解医患关系紧张,也对提高医院的声誉、促进医疗质量的提高有重要作用。本文主要从医患沟通的原则、技巧、方法等方面,阐述医患沟通的重要性。

Abstract:In the course of medical service,the most important factor of medical dispute is the lack of communica- tion between patients with doctors.Enhancing the communication between patients with doctors can reduce medical dispute,relax the strain of relation between patients with doctors,advance report of hospital and improve medical quality.The article elaborated the importance of communication between patients with doctors from some aspects such as the principle,the skill,the method and so on.
