中老年糖尿病合并脑血管病的临床特点

目的 探讨糖尿病(DM)并发脑血管病(CVD)的影响因素及糖尿病合并CVD的临床特点。方法 对83例中老年糖尿病合并CVD与同期住院646例单纯糖尿病患者进行对照分析。结果糖尿病合并CVD的发生率随年龄增大、糖尿病病程延长而升高;糖尿病合并CVD组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平和高血压发病率明显高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),高密度脂蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);糖尿病合并CVD以脑梗死多见,病死率高,预后差。结论 控制血糖、血压、血脂是预防糖尿病并发脑血管病的重要措施。

Clinical characteristics of cerebrovascular disease in the middle and elderly diabetic patients

Objective To investigate clinical characteristics and the influential factors related to diabetes mellitus (DM) combined with cerebrovascular disease(CVD) .Methods The clinical data of 83 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebrovascular disease and 646 patients with DM were analysed retrospectively. Results The incidence rate of CVD in diabetic patients increased with the age and diabetic duration. The concentrations of fasting blood sugar,postprandial blood sugar 2 hours, HbA1c., total cholesterol(TC) , triglyceride(TG) , low-density lipoprotein (LDL)and the morbidity of hypertension in CVD group were higher and high-density lipoprotein( HDL) was lower significantly, as compared with those in DM group. Cerebral infarctions often occurred when DM was complicated by CVD and its mortality was higher and prognosis was bad. Conclusion It is quite important to control blood sugar, blood pressure and blood lipid for preventing diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebrovascular disease.
