脑胶质瘤中PCNA nm23的表达及临床意义

目的:研究增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)和肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23在脑胶质瘤中的表达与肿瘤病理分级的关系,探讨在胶质瘤预后判断上的价值.方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测47例脑胶质瘤和12例正常脑组织中PCNA和nm23的表达.结果:PCNA在胶质瘤中绝大部分阳性表达,在正常脑组织中全部阴性表达,PCNA在胶质瘤的表达明显升高(P＜0.01),并随恶性程度增高而升高(P＜0.01);nm23基因在正常脑组织中全部阳性表达,胶质瘤中部分阳性表达,nm23在胶质瘤的表达明显降低(P＜0.01),且随恶性程度增高而降低(P＜0.05).两者呈负相关. 结论 :PCNA、 nm23检测可能成为脑胶质瘤诊断及判断恶性程度与预后的指标.

The Expression and Significance of PCNA and nm23 in Brain Glioma

Objective: To investigate the expression of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and metastasis suppression gene nm23 and their relation to pathology in brain glioma,to discuss the value in brain glioma prognosis estimation.Method: Immunohistochemical staining method was used to study the expression of PCNA and nm23 in 47 cases of brain gliomas and 12 cases of normal brain tissues.Result:PCNA almost positively expressed in gliomas and all negatively expressed in normal brain tissues,the expression in gliomas was more higher than in control group(P<0.01)and increased along with the growing of pathology grade(P<0.05);nm23 gene all positively expressed in normal brain tissues,partly positively expressed in brain gliomas,the expression in gliomas distinctly decreased(P<0.01)and decreased along with the growing of pathology grade(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study indicate that the expression of PCNA and nm23 may be a useful tool for assessment of degree of malignant and prognosis.
