| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的手术效果。方法回顾性分析了鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊腔造孔术治疗的慢性泪囊炎13例(15眼)。结果随访6个月~3年治愈11眼,好转2眼,无效2眼,有效率达87%。结论鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术视野清楚、损伤小、出血少、面部无瘢痕,可以同期处理相关的鼻腔病变、效果好、复发率低、是治疗慢性化脓性泪囊炎的较佳术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic method of treating chronic dacryocystisis with dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscope.Method The clinical data of 13 cases(15 eyes)with chronic dacryocystisis accepted dacryocystorhinostomy through nasal cavity and lacrimalsac were analyzed retrospectively.Results Following up from six months to three years,11 eyes cured,2 eyes improved and 2 cases failed because of conglutination,the effective rate was 86.7%.Conclusion The technique of intranasal endoscopic daryocystorhinostomy can be carried out with several advantages such as convenient manipulation,fewer hemorrhage,high achievement ratio and no scar in face after operation and being able to treat associated nasal diseases. |
