| 摘 要： | 目的完善突发公共卫生事件的应急救援措施。方法回顾性分析2006年3月十堰市发生的三起突发公共卫生事件的应急处理和医疗救援,总结其得与失。结果三起突发公共卫生事件应急救援成功。结论迅速、高效、有序地进行各项医疗卫生救援,可最大程度地减少人员伤亡和健康危害。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the emergency rescue measures against public health events. Methods The experience of emergency rescue and medical treatments for three public health events occurred in the Shiyan City in March 2006 were reviewed retrospectively and the gain and loss were analyzed. Results Three public health events were successfully managed through the current emergency rescue system, but there were still some shortages existed. Conclusion The medical treatment and emergency rescue measures should be taken rapidly, efficiently and orderly to minimize casualties and harms to human. |
