| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡组织 (RAU)中表达强度及分布情况。方法 :用免疫组织化学技术检测 PCNA在 RAU中的表达变化规律。结果 :RAU的组织中有大量炎性细胞浸润。 PCNA在正常口腔黏膜的阳性表达主要出现在基底细胞层 ,在 RAU组织中表达定位没有改变 ,表达量明显减少 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :RAU中的上皮细胞增殖受到抑制 ,这可能与 RAU的发病机制有着密切的联系。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression changes of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in oral normal mucosa and recurrent aphthous ulcers(RAU).Methods:The expression intensity and distribution of PCNA were examined with immunohistochemistry method in 15 cases of recurrent oral aphthous and normal oral mucosa.Results:In RAU,there was large amount of inflame cells.In normal oral mucosa,the expression intensity of PCNA was significant higher than that in oral aphthous( P <0.05).Conclusion:The inhibition of epidermal cells proliferation in RAU may be one of the mechanisms which one involved in RAU formation. |
