急性白血病化疗致骨髓抑制并发感染的护理

目的:探讨急性白血病(AL)化疗致骨髓抑制并发感染的护理方法.方法:将395例AL化疗致骨髓抑制患者随机分为A组206例和B组189例,A组给予整体护理,B组给予常规护理,对两组感染率、痊愈率进行对比.结果:A组感染74例,感染率35.9%,痊愈66例,痊愈率89.2%;B组感染156例,感染率82.5%,痊愈94例,痊愈率60.3%.两组化疗后感染率、痊愈率比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:整体护理可明显降低感染率,提高痊愈率,从而缩短骨髓抑制期加快患者康复.

Nursing care of patients with bone marrow depression associated with infection resulting from chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia

Objective: To explore methods of nursing care for the patients with bone marrow depression associated with infection resulting from chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia.Methods: Three hundred and ninety five patients with bone marrow depression were divided into group A(n=206) and group B(n=189).Holistic nursing care was taken in group A while routine nursing care was taken in group B and the comparison of infection rate and cure rate was made between the 2 groups.Results: In group A,infection occurred in 74 cases and infection rate was 35.9%;66 patients were cured and cure rate was 89.2%.Infection happen to 156 patients and 94 was cured in group B,the infection rate and cure rate were 82.5% and 60.3%. There was significant difference in the comparison of infection rate and cure rate between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Holistic nursing care can obviously decrease infection rate and increase cure rate,thereby the period of bone marrow depression can be shorten and patient's recovery can be speeded up.
