| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨结肠支架在左半结肠肿瘤性梗阻中的应用价值。方法 结合文献 ,分析了 3例经手术病理证实的左半结肠肿瘤的临床资料。结果 结肠支架植入技术成功率高 ,近期疗效理想 ,多数可在 2 4h内解除梗阻。结论 结肠支架植入是治疗左半结肠肿瘤性梗阻的理想方法 ,为临床进一步治疗准备了条件

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application value of colon bracket in therapy of tumorous obstruction of left part of colon.Methods To analyse the clinic data of three cases with tumor in left part of colon which were confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results All three cases were successful to implant the colon bracket and recently curative effect was good.Most cases could be relieved the symptom of colonic obstruction in 24 hours.Conclusion Implanting of colon bracket is a good method to deal with the tumorous obstruction of left part of colon and may offer a condition for advanced therapy. |
