摘    要:目的 :研究吡罗昔康包合物混悬液的鼻粘膜吸收。方法 :将吡罗昔康包合 ,增加其在水中的溶解度 ,降低它对粘膜的刺激性 ,以大鼠在体鼻循环法为实验模型 ,考察循环液中不同吡罗昔康浓度对鼻粘膜吸收量的影响。结果 :循环液流速确定时 ,吡罗昔康通过鼻粘膜的吸收量随所考察的浓度的增大而有所增加 ;实验完毕后剖开大鼠鼻腔 ,发现鼻粘膜上粘附许多混悬液中的微粒。结论 :通过实验吡罗昔康可以通过鼻粘膜吸收 ;未见其包合物混悬液对鼻粘膜有明显刺激性。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the suspension of inclusion compound of piroxicam nasal absorption.Methods:The inclusion compound of piroxicam was prepared for increasing its solubility in water and decreasing its stimulation to nasal mucosa.Rat in situ nasal recirculation methods were used as experimental model.The effects of perfusion concentration on nasal absorption of piroxicam was studied.Results:When the flow rate was fixed,the absorption quantity increased with the increase of perfusion concentration.The nasal cavity of the rat was opened after the experiment,the case of many particles of the suspension were adhered to the nasal mucosa was observed.Conclusion:Piroxicam can be absorbed by nasal mucosa and notable stimulation was not observed.
