| 摘 要： | 目的：建立复方萘酚喹片中甲氧苄啶含量测定的方法。方法：测定波长为271nm，参比波长为361nm。结果：线性范围为6．24－31．20μg/ml,r=0.9999(n=6)，平均回收率为100．9％，RSD为0．24％（n=6)。结论：该法操作简便、快捷、准确，适用于其含量和溶出度的测定。
