| 摘 要： | 脊柱结核由于其致残率高，对患者的生命质量影响大，治疗颇为棘手，腰椎和骶椎结核占脊柱结核比例较大，随着脊柱外科技术的发展，逐渐认识到病灶清除的基础上重建脊柱的稳定性是脊柱结核治疗的关键。2002年3月至2008年1月，对67例L3-S2椎体结核患者施行前路病灶清除联合后路内固定治疗，取得了满意的效果，现报告如下。
