急性重型颅脑损伤112例急诊处理

目的：探讨急性重型颅脑损伤的急诊诊断及其急救方法对预后的影响。方法：回顾性分析我院1997～2002年在急诊室处理的急性重型颅脑损伤112例临床资料。结果：经过急诊早期诊断、迅速开放气道及输液通道．综合治疗，112例患者中有107例顺利转住院部治疗，预后良好。结论：在处理急性重型颅脑损伤的病人中，早期诊断，处理及时是提高治愈率、减少残废、降低经济损失的关键一环。

The Treatment of 112 Cases with Acute Severe Brain Injuries on Emergency Room

Objective: To investigate the effect of diagnosis quickly and the method of first aid on emergency room to patients with acute severe brain injuries. Method: 112 cases with acute severe brain injuries treated from 1997 to 2002 on emergency room were analyzed retrospectively. Results: By means of diagnosis in earlier period and opening airway and transfuse way quickly as well as comprehensive therapy on emergency room, 107 cases being transmitted successfully to patient department, with better prognosis. Conclusion: It is a key link to diagnose in early period and treat in time when we treat patients with acute severe brain injuries, which can improve healing rate and reduce disabled and decrease loss in economy.
