武汉市中心城区气传花粉的近期调查研究

摘    要:目的调查研究武汉市2004年5月1日-2005年4月30日的空气中气传花粉的种属及飘散规律。方法在武汉市中心地区武汉市普爱医院医技大楼5楼设一个曝片点进行空气中的花粉取样,并收集该地区气泉资料及绿化树种类。结果武汉市中心地区一年中气传花粉高峰期在3月~4月,该月各种气传花粉的数量占全年总数的94.9%,其主要花粉为悬铃木属,松科,杉科,枫杨属和构属。此5种花粉占全年总数的82.94%。结论武汉市中心地区空气中致敏花粉以春季花粉为主,此特点与该季的气温,降雨量及风力、绿化树种类相关。

Abstract:Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate species (including families and genus)of airborne pollens and to explore the regularity of pollens dissemination in Wuhan City from May,2004 to April,2005. Methods: With the site of observation,located by 5th floor in the Medical and Technical Building of PUAI hospital of central region of Wuhan City, we sampled airborne pollens and accumulated the data of Climatic variations and plants species as well. Results: A peak of concentration of airborne pollens was observed,it was 3-4months,while the amount of kinds of pollens accounted 94. 9% of one year. What's more, the main kinds of pollens include Genus Platanus, Pinaceae, Taxodiaceae, Pterocarya Kunth and Broussonetia,Which hold 82. 94%of one year. Conclusion: As has been mentioned above,a conclusion can be drawn that the thief allergic pollens in central region of Wuhan City are made of pollens in spring which extremely concerned with ambient temperature,precipitation, wind agency and the categories of greening plants.
