尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎临床观察

目的：观察胸膜腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎的效果。方法：对39例结核性胸膜灸于每次抽液后注入尿激酶15万IU。结果：显效36例，占92.3％，胸波在2周内消失，无胸膜肥厚粘连3有效3例，占7．7％，胸液在3周内消失，轻度胸膜肥厚或少许粘连。结论：胸膜腔内注入尿激酶能有效地降解胸液中的纤维蛋白，使胸液稀薄，起到预防胸膜肥厚和粘连的作用，是治疗结核性胸膜炎的有效方法。

The Observation of Intrapleural Urokinase in the Treatment of Tuberculous Pleurisy with Effusion

Objective: To observe the effects of intrapleural urokinase in the treatment of the tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods: 39 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were injected with urokinase 150 000 IU intrapleurally after each thoracocentesis twice a week.Results: 36 cases(92.3%) had an excellent result without pleural thickening and adhesion,and the resoulsion of pleural effusion showed within two weeks;3 cases(7.7%) fair effect with light pleural thickening and little adhesion,the resolusion within three weeks and no ineffective case is found.Conclusion: Intrapleural urokinase can efficiently degrade the fibrin in the pleural effusion and make the effusion thin,the method can prevent the incidence of the pleural thickening and adhesion,and it was the effective therapy in treating tuberculous pleural effusion.
