| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道超声子宫输卵管造影在不孕症中的应用价值。方法使用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，经阴道探头，1．5％双氧水造影剂对324例不孕症患者行子宫输卵管造影。结果本组324例中有323例，641条输卵管造影成功(1例因官腔粘连造影失败，5例因宫外孕各切除一侧输卵管)，通畅447条(占69．7％)，阻塞89条(占13．9％)，狭窄105条(占16．4％)。结论经阴道超声子宫输卵管造影能准确判断输卵管是否通畅，并具有一定的治疗作用，是一种较好的输卵管通畅性检测方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of hysterosalpingo contrast transvaginal ultrasound(TVUS)in infertility Methods Three hundred and twnty four women were examined with hydrogen peroxide hysterosalpingo contrast TVUS Results Hysterosalpingo contrast TVUS was successfully performed in six hundred and forty one oviducts in three hundred and twenty three cases Only one case was failed because of womb adhesion Another five cases were failed because of resected oviducts due to ectopic pregnancy Among the 641 oviducts,,447oviducts(69 7%)were patent,87(13 9%)were obstructed and 105(16 4%)were narrowed Conclusions Hystersalpingo contast TVUS not only can determine whether the oviducts were obstructed but can also serve as a treatment method |
