Bcl-2和NOD1基因多态性与青海回族胃癌易感相关性

摘    要:目的探讨Bcl-2(-938C〉A)和NOD1(796G〉A)的基因多态性与青海回族胃癌易感性关系。方法采集62例青海回族患者胃癌组织和51例正常胃粘膜组织DNA,应用PCR-RFLP技术方法,分析青海回族胃癌患者Bcl-2(-938C〉A)三种基因型CC、AC、AA和NOD1(796G〉A)三种基因型GG、GA、AA多态性特点。结果 Bcl-2(-938C〉A)CC、CA、AA基因型在对照组中分别是29.4%、25.0%和11.0%,而在胃癌组中分别是48.4%、41.9%和9.7%。CC基因型和CA+AA基因型在对照组和胃癌组中相比具有差异(P=0.04)。NOD1(796G〉A)基因型GG、GA、AA在对照组中分别是37.3%、45.1%和17.6%,而在胃癌组中分别是32.3%、45.2%和22.3%,各基因型在对照组及胃癌组中相比没有明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论 Bcl-2(-938C〉A)基因型CC与青海回族胃癌易感性相关,而NOD1(796G〉A)基因多态性与青海回族胃癌易感性无关。

Abstract:Objective To study the susceptibility between Bcl - 2 ( - 938C 〉 A) and NOD1 (796G 〉 A) gene polymorphisms and gastric cancer of Qinghai ethnic Hui patients. Methods 62 gastric cancer tissues and 51 normal mucosa from Hui ethnic gastric patients were selected, the genome DNA were isolated and Bcl -2 ( -938C 〉 A) genotypes CC, AC, AA and NOD1 (796G 〉 A ) genotypes GG, GA, AA polymorphism were analyzed by PCR -RFLP. Results Bcl -2( -938C 〉 A)genotype CC, CA and AA in the control group are 29.4% ,25.0% and 11.0% respectively,and they are 48.4% ,41.9% and 9.7% respectively in the gastric cancer group. CC and CA + AA genotype of Bcl -2 ( -938C 〉 A)in gastric cancer group compared with the control group is significantly dif-ferent(P =0.04). NOD1 (796G 〉 A)genotypes GG, GA and AA in the control group are 37.3% ,45.1% and 17.6% respectively, and they are 32.3 % ,45.2% and 22.3 % in the control group respectively, and each genotype of NOD1 (796G 〉 A) are no different between gastric cancer group and normal control group( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclu- sion Bcl2( -938C 〉 A)genotype CC ,but not the NODI (796G 〉 A)polymorphism is associated with the suscepti- bility to gastric cancer of Qinghai Hui ethnic.
