| 摘 要： | 通过对临床医学专业学位硕士研究生临床综合能力培养的探讨，指出专业学位硕士研究生在临床学科中进行轮转的必要性，提出轮转计划的制定，培养内容和具体要求，保障计划切实进行，提高培养质量，保证轮转培训效果。

| Abstract: | Through approaching the mixed ability training of clinical post-graduates, the following conclusions were drawn: necessity to take turns in the clinical specialties, establishment of its program, the details and contents were pointed out, meanwhile, it is necessary to guarantee progression of the plan and its training effects, and to improve the cultivation quality. |
