| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创加电灼联合破坏大汗腺治疗腋臭的疗效。方法采用沿腋皱襞平行微创切口直视下剪除真皮下大汗腺,同时应用电灼破坏皮下大汗腺的手术方法对47例腋臭患者进行治疗。结果47例患者术后外观美,效果满意。结论采用微创结合电灼破坏大汗腺的手术方法治疗腋臭,方法可行,疗效可靠持久,并发症少,且能保持腋部正常形态、功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate effectiveness of treatment of bromhidrosis by destroying big weeat glands with small incision and fulguration technique. Methods 47 patients with bromhidrosis were treated by destroying big sweat glands with small incision and fulguration technique. Results 47 patients treated by this method were satisfied by results. Conclusions Treatment of bromhidrosis by destroying big sweat glands with small incision and fulguration technique was feasible, its curative effects were credible and permanent, its complications were fewer and this operation method can keep axillary configuration and function as usual. |
