摘    要:目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒能量显像(TV-CDE)在卵巢小肿块(直径≤3cm)诊断的应用。方法 105例由TV-CDE诊断的卵巢小肿块患者,其中包括67例非赘生性肿块(长期随访证实),38例赘生性肿块(经手术病理证实,良性肿瘤31例,恶性肿瘤7例)。结果 卵巢非赘生性小肿块及良性小肿瘤以周边血流或隔上血流为主,呈条状或星点状;卵巢恶性小肿瘤以实质或乳头上血流为主,呈网状或树枝状。结论 TV-CDE能完整、清晰地显示卵巢恶性小肿瘤的内部血管树(网),为卵巢小肿块良恶性鉴别诊断提供了新的途径。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application of transvaginal color Doppler energy imaging in diagnosing small ovarian tumors. Methods One hundred and five patients with small ovarian masses, including 67 patients with non-neoplastic mass of ovarian, 31 patients with benign tumor and 7 patients with malignant tumor, underwent transvaginal color Doppler energy imaging.Results Blood flow in pericyst or septa was detected in the non-neoplastic masses of ovarium and benign tumor,while blood flow in parenchyma or in papilae components was found in the malignant ovarian tumor.Conclusion TV-CDE can fully and clearly show the blood tree of the tumor, so it seems to be a reliable method in distinguishing small malignant tumors from benign ones.
