国外两性霉素B新剂型在临床的应用评价

目的:介绍国外治疗深部真菌病药物两性霉素B新剂型在临床的应用。方法:主要进入全球权威的临床医学文献数据库美国国立医学图书馆(NLN)的Mediline数据库,检索了近10年来有关两性霉素B新剂型在临床应用的大量文献,概括地进行综述和分析。结果及结论:国外临床应用的两性霉素B的剂型有10余种,并且很多剂型已经收入各国药典之中,而国内目前仅有3种,建议尽快开发各种新剂型,以满足临床各方面的需求。

Evaluation on Overseas Application of New Dosage Forms of Amphotericin B

OBJECTIVE:To introduce the overseas clinical application of new dosage forms of amphotericin B in the treatment of deep mycosis.METHODS: We reviewed literatures and analyzed the data about the clinical application of new dosage forms of amphotericin B over the past 10 years by retrieving the global authoritative mediline database-the USA national medicine library(NLN).RESULTS & CONCLUSION: More than 10 dosage forms of amphotericin B are being used abroad,and many of which have been recorded in pharmacopeia of each country.However,only 3 dosage forms are being used in China,therefore,it is suggested that new dosage forms should be developed as early as possible to satisfy the clinical demands.
