64层螺旋CT双期增强扫描技术在胰腺癌诊断中的价值

目的探讨64层螺旋CT双期增强扫描技术在胰腺癌诊断中的价值。方法对38例胰腺癌病例行64层螺旋CT双期增强扫描,先行上腹部胰腺平扫,增强扫描分胰腺期(注射对比剂后35s)和肝脏期(注射对比剂后70s),分别测定各期正常胰腺和病灶的增强后CT值,计算胰腺-病灶增强差值(Hu)。结果 38例胰腺癌患者中位于头颈部23例,体部12例,尾部3例;正常胰腺增强程度在胰腺期较肝脏期高(t=7.83,P<0.01),病灶增强程度在胰腺期和肝脏期差异无显著性(t=-0.16,P>0.05),Hu在胰腺期比肝脏期大(t=27.75,P<0.01)。结论 64层螺旋CT胰腺期、肝脏期双期扫描技术在胰腺癌的临床诊断中具有重要价值。

Evaluation of 64-slice CT dual-phase enhanced scanning in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer

Objective To evaluate the value of 64-slice CT dual-phase enhanced scanning technology in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods 38 patients with pancreatic cancer underwent 64-slice CT dual-phase enhanced scan,firstly scanned the epigastric pancreas,secondly enhanced scanning in pancreas period(35s after injection of contrast agent) and liver period(70s after contrast injection).CT enhanced value were measured in normal pancreas and lesion,calculated the difference between the pancreas and enhanced lesions(Hu). Results In 38 cases with pancreatic cancer,23 tumors of them located in the pancreatic's head and neck,12 cases in the pancreatic's body,3 cases in the pancreatic's tail.Normal pancreatic enhancement level in the pancreas period was higher,compared to that in the liver period,there was statistically significant difference(t=7.83,P<0.01).There was no statistically difference,comparing of lesion enhancement level between the pancreas period and liver period(t=-0.16,P>0.05),pancreatic lesion enhancement difference(Hu) was higher in the pancreas period than the liver period(t=27.75,P<0.01). Conclusion 64-slice CT dual-phase enhanced scanning in the pancreas period and liver period has important value in the clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
