眼睑恶性肿瘤延误诊治因素的临床分析

目的:探讨眼睑恶性肿瘤延误诊治的原因。方法:对35例患者的职业、病变部位、病变特点、病变时间和诊疗过程等方面进行临床分析。结果:约74%患者为农民和工人,病程时间长,平均3.6年,20%的患者发生肿瘤侵袭和转移,病变初起表现为米粒大结节或色素痣,均有肿块快速增大的病史,部分患者病变有破溃、出血、溃疡的过程。结论:户外劳作者是易患人群,就诊不及时,未能引起患者和首诊医师足够的重视是主要因素。早期正确治疗极为重要。

Clinical analysis on factors of delay or misdiagnosis of carcinoma on eyelids

AIM:To study the causes of delay or misdiagnosis of carcinoma on eyelid.METHODS:Clinical analysis was done in 35 patients with carcinoma on eyelids on their occupations,lesion sites,characteristics,duration of diseases and pathogenic courses.RESULTS:Over 74% patients were peasants and workers with outdoor working.There was a long standing course of diseases(mean 3.6 years).Twenty percent of patients were involved in invading or metastasis of tumor.The first syndrome was node as rice or pigmented nevus.Almost all patients had histories of rapid aggrandizement of lump,and some of them had the course of repeated damage,bleeding and ulcer.CONCLUSION:The outdoor workers are susceptible people of carcinoma on eyelids.The mail reasons for delay or misdiagnosis are untimely and overlooked diagnosis.Early and correct treatment is of great importance.
