假性颈动脉瘤（附9例报告）

对9例假性颈动脉瘤患者进行回顾性分析。5例儿童患者均为炎症诱发，2例颅内段患者为外伤所致，3例老年癌症患者假瘤的产生与颈部放疗或肿瘤侵蚀有关。8例出现咽腔、鼻腔或颈部大出血，7例进行了动脉结扎或DSA栓塞术。9例患者中4例死亡,5例痊愈，均未出现明显并发症。认为假性颈动脉瘤主要由炎症、外伤、放射线或肿瘤侵蚀引起，假瘤破裂大出血是病死率高的主要原因， 及早诊断和有效的结扎或栓塞病灶动脉是挽救患者生命的关键。

False aneurysm of carotid artery(9 cases report)

To explore the mechanism,clinic feature and treatment of false aneutysm of carotid artery in head and neck,a retrospective review was made on 9 cases,combining references to study the different clinic features and treatments of falese aneurysms in neck and intracranial The results showed the pharynx and neck inflammation was the cause in 4 children cases,2 intracranilal cases were caused by head injury,3 cancer patients were related with neck radiotherapy and tumour erosion Massive bleeding in pharynx,nase and neck skin were occurred on 8 cases,4 cases among them were died Artery ligation and DSA embolism were carried in 7 cases,5 cases were cure without any complications This suggests that carotid artery false aneurysm was mainly caused by inflammation,injury and radiotherapy or tumour erosion Burst and bleeding of false aneurysm is caused of high mortality To improve the knowledge and vigilanve for this disease,early diagnosis and effective ligation and embolism of the focus artery are key methods to rescue the patients
