| 摘 要： | 采用3H-TdR标记放射自显影术,观察肝再生过程中细胞活跃增生期间肝血管内皮细胞DNA合成的变化。结果发现,大鼠部分肝切除后24h内皮细胞标记指数明显上升,术后第3天达高峰;雌激素对大鼠肝再生过程中肝窦和小叶间静脉内皮细胞的增生有明显促进作用。故推测,常见于一些与雌激素刺激有关疾患中的血管病变,可能是雌激素内皮增生效应的结果。

| Abstract: | Autoradiography with 3H-TdR as labelling material was used to investigate the sequertial changes in DNA synthesis of hepatic vascular endothelial cells during the period of active cell proliferation following partial hepa-tectomy. It was found that the labelling index of the hepatic endothelial cells increased prominently at 24 h and reached peak level at 72 h after operation. After using estrogen, the proliferation of endothelial cells of the sinusoids and interlobular veins was markedly enhanced during liver regeneration. It may be assumed that the vascular changes usually seen in the disorders related to estrogen stimulation might be the results of the endothelium-proliferating effect of estrogen. |
