齐墩果酸分散片的制备研究

摘    要:目的制备齐墩果酸分散片,并与普通片进行体外溶出度比较。方法制备齐墩果酸固体分散体,以分散均匀性为指标,采用单因素考察及正交试验设计对齐墩果酸分散片处方工艺进行优化。结果优化的处方工艺为微晶纤维素与乳糖比例为4:1,交联聚维酮8%,硬度4 kg.mm-2,溶出度明显快于普通片。结论齐墩果酸分散片制备工艺简单,分散均匀性符合要求,溶出速率快。

Abstract:Aim To prepare oleanolic acid dispersible tablet and compare its vitro dissolution with conventional tablets.Methods Oleanolic acid solid dispersion was prepared and formulation and preparation procedure was optimized by monofactorial investigation and orthogonal design.Results The results showed that the most optimized formulation and preparation procedure were as follows: ratio between microcrystalline cellulose and lactose was 4:1,polyvinylpolypyrrolidone 8%,hardness 4 kg·mm-2.The dissolution rate of dispersible tablets was higher than that of conventional tablets.Conclusion The oleanolic acid dispersible tablets had the characteristics of the simple preparation,fast and homogeneously dispersing and fast dissolution speed.
