生物芯片技术在肺癌研究中的应用

摘    要:生物芯片技术是20世纪90年代中期发展起来的一项尖端技术,已经成为科学界的研究热点之一。生物芯片技术以其高通量、高敏感性、高准确率等突出优点,被广泛应用于生命科学研究领域,也推进肿瘤研究的进展。其在肿瘤的诊断、分子分型、预后评价及治疗研究中广泛使用。现就生物芯片中在肺癌研究中的应用做简要综述。

Abstract:Biochip is the best of its kind since middle of the 90S of the 20th century, and it has been the hotspot. It has the characteristics of high throughput, high sensitivity and high accuracy. It has been applied to a great many of fields of life science and has made great progress in the study of tumor, It has been used for diagnosis,molecule classification,prognosis evaluate and therapy of tumor. This paper will briefly summarize the application of biocbip in the study of lung cancer.
