| Abstract: | We report granular cell tumor in the right SI nerve root, a location which has not been reported previously. The tumor showed heterogeneous hypointensity on T2-weighted images and heterogeneous enhancement. MRI also demonstrated the precise relation between the tumor and the nerve root. |
