| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿与正常儿童心理发育的差异。方法：应用国内最新引进的Ａｃｈｅｎｂａｃｈ儿童行为量表，（ＣＢＣＬ）对１９例Ⅰ糖尿病患儿进行调查，与河南省ＣＢＣＬ标准化分值（简称常模分）比较、分析。结果：１９例Ⅰ型糖尿病儿童行为问题因子大多在大于６９百分位数、小于９８百分位数。个别儿童抑郁分值高于９８百分位数。而交往不良、焦虑则稍低于６９百分位数。结论：对Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿心理发育应引起注意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investing the difference of mental development between children with type-diabetes and healthy children .Method: The mendeal Achenbach's Child Behavior Chechlist (ACBC) was used .19 cases with type-diabetes in children were researched and compared with standardized scales in Henan.Resuits:19 cases with type -diabetes in children behavior problems were lower than the 98 percentile and higher than the 69 percentile and their marks made difference in depression ,poor social intercourse and anxiety .Conclasion: Type-1 diabetes children's mental development should be brught to our attention. |
