参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗老年性高血压肾病的疗效观察

目的：观察参芎葡萄糖注射液对老年性高血压。肾病的临床疗效。方法：60例老年性高血压肾病患者被随机分成治疗组（32例）和对照组（28例），对照组予以常规口服降压药控制血压，治疗组在对照组基础上给予参芎葡萄糖注射液200ml静脉滴注，每日1次，共4周。观察两组治疗前后及组间相关指标的变化。结果：治疗组患者24h尿蛋白（UP／24h）、尿β2-微球蛋白（β1-MG）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Ser）、血浆粘度（PV）、红细胞压积（HCT）、血浆凝血酶时间（TT）水平较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．01），且与对照组治疗后比较，亦有显著降低（P〈0．05～〈0．01），无不良反应发生。结论：参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗老年性高血压肾病，除了可以降低尿蛋白、尿素氮及肌酐水平外，还具有降低血液粘度、纠正血液高凝状态的作用，能有效保护肾功能及延缓肾功能恶化。

Therapeutic effect of Shenxiong glucose injection on senile hypertensive nephropathy

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenxiong glucose injection on senile hypertensive nephropathy. Methods： The 60 senile patients with hypertensive nephropatby were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 32） and control group （n=28）. The patients in treatment group were treated by Shenxiong glucose injection 200ml, intravenous infusion, once a day on the treatment basis of control group, for a treatment course of 4 weeks. Results： The levels of urine protein （UP） /24h, 132-MG, blood BUN, Scr, plasma vicosity （PV）, hematocrit （HCT） and thrombin time （TT） in treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment, as compared with those before treatment （P〈0. 01） and with those in control group after treatment （P〈0. 05-〈0. 01）. Conclusion： In addition to reducing urine protein, BUN, Scr, Shenxiong glucose injection is show to be a beneficial on reducing blood viscosity and hypereoagulability. So it has significant curative effect on protecting the renal function and delaying the renal failure for senile hypertensive nephropathy.
