| 摘 要： | 目的探讨七叶皂苷在痔术后应用的有效性。方法采用随机对照试验,治疗组、对照组各28例,两组手术方式相同,治疗组术后当天开始静滴七叶皂苷10mg1次/d,观察两组术后48h、72h、5d肛缘水肿情况,并予评分量化比较。结果治疗组术后48h、72h、5d的水肿积分均低于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组用药2例发生注射部位局部疼痛。结论七叶皂苷能减轻痔术后肛缘水肿,且安全有效,不良反应低。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of sodium aescinate powder injection to decrease postoperative edema of Hemorrhoidal Disease. Methods A randomized controlled trial was performed. Twenty-eight cases with hemorrhoidal diseases received sodium aescinate powder injection for 5 days from the same day postoperation.,and other 28 cases were used as control.
