维生素AD对肾阳虚证模型大鼠肾上腺、睾丸、血清睾酮水平的影响

目的:探索维生素AD对肾阳虚证模型大鼠肾上腺、睾丸、血清睾酮水平的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组、维生素AD高剂量组、维生素AD治疗剂量组、维生素AD低剂量组、模型组,以氢化可的松建立肾阳虚模型,维生素AD高剂量组、维生素AD治疗剂量组、维生素AD低剂量组用维生素AD浓缩滴剂灌胃;正常组、模型组灌以生理盐水。2周后,用Elecsys-2010全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪测血清睾酮,用分析天平称取肾上腺、睾丸的质量。结果:模型组血清睾酮含量显著低于正常组(P<0.05),肾上腺质量也显著低于正常组(P<0.05);维生素AD低剂量组肾上腺质量显著高于模型组(P<0.05);维生素AD治疗剂量组血清睾酮含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:维生素AD可提高肾阳虚证模型大鼠的肾上腺质量,并能提高其血清睾酮含量。补充维生素AD可作为肾阳虚证预防和治疗的辅助疗法。

Influence of Vitamin AD on the the Level of Adrenal Gland,Testis and the Testosterone in the Blood Serum of Model Rats with the Kidneyyang Deficiency

Objective:To probe into the influence of vitamin AD on the level of adrenal gland,testis and the testosterone in the blood serum of the model rats with the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:The rats were divided into normal group,the vitamin AD group with a large dosage,treatment-dosage group,low dosage group and model group.Hydrocortisone was used to build the model of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,and vitamin AD group with a large dosage,treatment-dosage group,and low dosage group were poured the condensed drop of vitamin AD into the Stomach,while the model group were given physiology salt solution,physiology salt solution.Two weeks later,testosterone in the blood serum was detected by Elecsys-2010 series full-automatic electrochemistry luminescence immunity analyzer,and the mass of adrenal gland and testis was measured by analytical scales.Results:The testosterone content in the blood serum was apparently lower than that of normal group(P<0.05),so was the mass of adrenal gland(P<0.05).The mass of adrenal gland in the group with low dosage of vitamin AD was apparently higher than that of model group(P<0.05),so was the mass of testis in treatment-dosage group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin AD can increase the mass of the adrenal gland of the induction rats with kidney-yang deficiency.And it can also increase its testosterone content in the blood serum.Supplement of vitamin AD can be considered as an auxiliary method to prevent and treat the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.
