bcl-2和ki-67蛋白在结肠癌及癌前病变中的表达及临床意义

目的检测bcl-2和ki-67在结肠癌及癌前病变中的表达情况，并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测56例结肠癌，38例结肠腺癌，20例正常结肠粘膜，分别进行bcl-2和ki-67蛋白的检测。结果bcl-2阳性表达率在腺癌与腺瘤中基本相同，阳性表达强度腺癌明显高于腺瘤（P〈0．01），腺瘤和腺癌的阳性表达强度及表达率与正常大肠结膜相比差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。ki-67在腺癌中的表达强度及表达率明显高于腺瘤（P〈0．01），有淋巴结转移者明显高于无淋巴结转移者（P〈0．01）。结论bcl-2在结肠组织的恶性转化中起着重要作用；ki-67的阳性表达及表达强度对诊断腺癌和监测腺瘤癌变中有重要意义。

The expression of bcl-2 protein and ki-67 protein in colon cancer and precancerous lesions and Its chinical significance

Objective Detecting the bel-2 and ki-67 in the expression of colon cancer and precancerous lesions and and discussing its clinical significance. Methods Testing 56 example colon cancers, 38 example colon adenocarcinoma, 20 example normal colon mucous membrane with immunohistochemistry, and testing bcl-2 and the ki-67 protein separately. Results The rate of bcl-2 positive expression in adenoma and adenocarcinoma is basically the same, the intensity of positive expression of adenocarcinoma is significantly higher than adenomas （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Compared to the positive expression strength and expression rate of conjunctiva, there are significant difference on adenoma and adenocarcinoma（P 〈 0. 01 ）. ki-67 in adenocarcinoma＇s expression intensity and expression rate is significantly higher than the rate of adenoma（P 〈0. 01 ）, the patients with lymph node metastasis are significantly higher than those non-lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion bcl-2 play an important role in malignant transformation of the colon organization; the ki-67 positive expression and the expression intensity has the important meaning to diagnoses in the adenocarcinoma and the monitor adenoma cancer.
