肝脂消煎剂对脂肪肝大鼠血浆cAMP及抗脂质过氧化的作用研究

目的 :探讨肝脂消煎剂治疗脂肪肝药效学机制。方法 :采用高脂饮食加白酒灌胃建立大鼠脂肪肝模型 ,以东宝肝泰作对照 ,观察肝脂消煎剂对脂肪肝大鼠血浆cAMP及肝微粒体后上清(sup)DTD、LPO的影响。结果 :肝脂消煎剂能提高脂肪肝大鼠血浆cAMP含量 ,降低肝脏sup中LPO含量 ,提高DTD活性 ,降低血清、肝脏TC及肝功能酶活性 ,均明显优于东宝肝泰 (P <0 0 5 )。其中降低血清、肝脏TC方面尤为突出 (P <0 0 1)。同时病理结果显示 ,肝脂消煎剂在改善大鼠肝细胞脂肪变性方面明显优于东宝肝泰 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :肝脂消煎剂具有良好的降血脂、抗肝脂、防治脂肪性肝炎作用。

Experimental Study on the Effect of Ganzhixiao Decoction on the Plasm cAMP and the Inhibition of Lipid Peroxidation

Objective:the pharmacodynamics mechanism of Ganzhixiao decoction in treating fatty liver was discussed.Methods:high fat diet and White wine perfusate were used to make the fatty liver Rat model.the Dongbao Gantai was chosen to be the contrast medicine.the effect of Ganzhixiao decoction on the plasm cAMP,DTD and LPO of fatty liver Rat was observed.Results:Ganzhixiao decoction can increase the plasm cAMP; decrease LPO in liver sup,increase the activity of DTD;decrease the serum TC,liver TC and activity of Hepatic function enzyme.the effect was much better than Dongbao Gantai ( P<0 05 ).especially in decreasing the serum TC and liver TC( P<0 01 );Pathological result implyed the Ganzhixiao decoction was also better than Dongbao Gantai in recovering or relieving the atty degeneration of fatty liver Rat( P<0 01 ).Conchusion:the effect of Ganzhixiao decoction in reducing blood fat,liver fat and preventing and curing fatty Hepatitis is satisfactor.
