髌骨-胫骨结节架桥式固定治疗髌骨下极骨折

目的　探讨髌骨下极骨折的可靠内固定方法。方法　自 1998～ 2 0 0 1年开展髌骨 -胫骨结节架桥式内固定 (以下简称桥式手术 )治疗髌骨下极骨折 2 4例 ,均为新鲜性骨折 ,开放性骨折 2例。结果　手术后平均随访 8个月 ,伤口均一期愈合 ,骨折愈合时间平均 7周 ,优良率达 91.7%。结论　采用桥式手术治疗髌骨下极骨折 ,内固定坚强 ,操作简便 ,骨折愈合快 ;可早期功能锻炼 ,并发症少 ,为髌骨下极粉碎性骨折难以维持复位的病人提供了一种完整保留髌骨的可靠方法

Internal fixation of bridging patella-tibia node group to treat the fracture of lower part of patella

Objective To study the reliable internal fixation of the fracture of lower part of patella.?Methods From 1998 to 2001,24 patients with facture of lower part of patella were treated with internal fixation of bridging patella tibia node group,all of which were fresh fractures,and two compound fractures.?Resulsts Post operation,follow up visits were done for 8 months,all wounds showed primary union. The average time of bone healing was 7 weeks. Excellent recovery rate was up to 91.7%.?Conclusion It is reliable for the fracture of lower part of patella to be treated with operations,especially for comminuted fracture. Internal fixation is strong. It is simple to operate,the fracture heals quickly which makes it possible for patients to take exercises as early as possible. Less complication occur. It is a new method for patients with fracture of patella,who have difficulties to restore fractured patella to normal,and retain to patella.
