摘    要:狭香蒲(Typha angustata Bory et Chaub.)雌花序具有抗菌,消炎作用。从其雌花序中分离出十个化合物,其中七个根据物理、化学性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为:香草酸(Ⅰ)、反式对羟基肉桂酸Ⅱ、原儿茶酸(Ⅲ)、甘油单香豆酸酯(Ⅳ)、琥珀酸(Ⅴ)、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅷ)和D-甘露醇(X)。化合物(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)、 (Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅹ)为首次从香蒲科植物中分离得到。化合物(Ⅴ)和(Ⅷ)为首次从狭香蒲中分离得到。抑菌实验表明:化合物(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ)、(Ⅴ)和(Ⅷ)均具有明显抑菌活性,为狭香蒲雌花序中的主要抗茵活性成分。化合物(Ⅲ)通过初步实验表明具有显著的抗炎作用。


STUDIES ON THE ANTIBACTERIAL PRINCIPLES FROM THE INFLORESCENCES OF TYPHA ANGUSTATA BORY et CHAUB
Abstract:The female inflorescences of T.augustata Bory ct Chaub. possess some antibacterial and antiphlogistic effects. Ten crystalline compounds have been isolated from the above described inflorescences. Seven of them were identified as Vanillic acid (Ⅰ) E-p-Hydroxy-cinnamic acid (Ⅱ), Protocatechuic acid (Ⅲ), Glycerin monocoumarate(Ⅳ), Succinic acid(V), p-Hydroxybenzalde-hyde (Ⅷ) and D-Mannitol (Ⅹ)according to their physico-chemical properties and spectra data. Compounds (Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ),(Ⅳ)and(Ⅹ)vere obtained for the first time from Typhaceac and compound (Ⅴ) and (Ⅷ) were obtained for the first time from T. angustata Bory et Chaub. The results of antibacterial experisments indicated that the bacteri ostatic effects of compounds (Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)(Ⅴ), and (Ⅷ), were obvious, and they should be the main antibacterial constituents of the. inflorescences of T. angustata Bory et Chaub. Compound (Ⅲ)showed a prominent antiphlogistic effect on the preliminary-experiment.
