| 摘 要： | 加强卫生装备采购管理，充分发挥军队集团购买优势，提高有限卫生经费使用效益，总后卫生部连续四年组织了X线诊断设备等医疗设备的全军集中招标采购工作，取得了显著的经济效益和军事效益。创造了公平竞争的环境，保护了国家利益和社会公共利益。
