风藤花粉粒的多型性

摘    要:用扫描电镜对不同产地的风藤(Piper kadsura Ohwi)花粉粒进行了研究,发现风藤花粉粒具多型性,其中舟形—单沟型约占43.6~57.1%,扁球形——大型圆孔型占38.6~46.3%,三拟沟型占4.3~10.1%,以前后二者在光镜下被误认作无萌发孔和三歧槽花粉。

Abstract:The pollen samples of Piper kadsura Ohwi collected from different habitats were studied with a scanning electron microscope(SEM). It was found that the pollen of P.kadsura Ohwi was polytypic, which included boat shaped sulcate pollen grains(about 43.6-57.1%), oblate macroulcerate pollen grains(about 38.6-46.3%) and triclpoid pollen grains (about 4.3-10.1%). Previously, the latter two were mistaken for inaperturate and trichotomosulcate pollen grains under optic microscope.
