几种血液病骨髓幼稚前体细胞异位的组织学观察

Histological Observation on Abnormal Ioxalization of Immatuer Precurcors in Bone Marrow Biopsies of Some Blood Diseases

Appearances of abnormal localization of immature precurcors (ALIP) in bone marrow biopsies of 28 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) (RA 12, RAEB10,RAEB-T 6)and 76 cases of non-MDS blood diseases(MBA 6,PNH 10.AIHA 10,MF 10,ITP 10,PV 10,PRCA 10 and CAA 10)were studied by plastic embedding and modified HE and Giemsa staining as well as LSAB immunohis tochmical techniques. It was found that,1)ALIP appearances were not specific features of bone marrow with-MDS. Among thg non-MDS blood diseases, frequency of ALIP clusters in bone marrow sections with MBA was the highest (83%) ,the others in order were PNH(70% ) , AIHA (60%),MF(50%) ,PV(30%) ,ITP(20%) ,there is none of PRCA and CAA except MDS (92. 9%). 2) the more immature cells in bone marrow with MDS were, the more ALIP clusters were. Mean ALIP cluster counts in every bone marrow section with RAEB-T were significantly higher than that with RAEB(P<0. 05)and that with RAEB were significantly higher than that with RA(P<0. 05). 3)there was highly positive interrelation between the ALIP cluster counts in every squre millimetre bone marrow and cellularities of bone marrow with MDS(r = 0,69, P<0. 001). It was considered that ALIP appearances were signilicant for diagnosis of MDS only if inhomogeneous infiltration of marrow with blast cells or hypocellular bone marrow and excluding other relative blood diseases.
