| 摘 要： | 总结了98例胸、腹腔镜联合行食管癌根治术的护理配合。术前做好患者心理护理,手术间及各种特殊器械的准备工作;术中根据手术需要变换体位,熟悉手术相关步骤,密切配合手术医师,并注意严格无菌操作及无瘤技术操作,以降低术后感染及肿瘤细胞扩散;术后做好各种管道护理工作。98例手术顺利完成,术后康复良好。
