| 摘 要： | 目的探讨积极心理治疗对银屑病患者心理状况及社交回避、苦恼行为的效果。方法将59例银屑病患者,采用简单随机抽样方法分为干预组30例和对照组29例。干预组进行积极心理治疗;对照组按常规护理及健康教育;干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社交回避及苦恼量表,对两组患者心理状况和行为状态进行评定。结果干预后,两组在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后两组患者社交回避及苦恼情绪得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理疗法对提高银屑病患者的心理健康水平、增加其社交行为有积极的作用。 |
